Tomorrow, my own "Lady Ina Coolbirth" is coming over for lunch; it was just before three a. m. when I began planning the menu. So far: cool mango soup for our first course.

Fage Greek strained yogurt into a large bowl for mixing. Whisk until smooth.

Add magno nectar, a little at a time and blend with whisk until a soup-like consistency is reached.
3.
Season with a dash of ground cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
